Club Keeper is a computer program for
tracking and reporting on your organization’s members and activities.
Member Contact Information
Keep contact information up to date. Track name, address, phones, and email
addresses for each member or contact. Keep a current photo of each member.
Calendar of Events
Maintain a calendar of your organization’s activities. Calendar events
coordinate with membership to record attendance.
Attendance
Record which members attended each event on your calendar. Each attendance
record can have additional information attached to it including points and
comments.
Achievements
Remember the achievements of each member. Choose from among hundreds of
categorized achievements (Boy Scouts patches, Pathfinder honors, Adventurer
awards). Or enter your own achievements for your organization type.
Basic Finances
Your organization and each member can have one or more accounts for tracking
financial transactions. Categorize financial entries for reports.
Reports
Generate reports to distribute to members, boards, parents, sponsors,
organization managers, directors, or parent organizations.
Parent Organization
You may choose to become part of a larger regional organization. The regional
organization can then retrieve your Calendar of Events and aggregate information
about your members (but not specific information about any member). The regional
organization can see no financial information from your organization. The
regional organization may choose to become part of an even larger organization,
and so on. So with one simple report, a global organization can have a count of
how many members it has. The local organization need not “submit” any reports.
